Senior Product Manager
Role Summary
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team to lead our company's product roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- Ideate, plan, develop and launch new product functionality
- Bring an extreme focus on differentiation through new technologies (including blockchain and AI)
- Work with engineers, designers, and marketers to create products that exceed the needs of our customers
- Analyze market data, competitors and trends to identify new opportunities
- Work with sales and marketing teams to promote, sell and implement our products
- Track and measure product performance and KPIs to ensure that we are meeting our goals
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the real estate industry
- Strong understanding of the real estate industry and the needs of commercial real estate investors
- Strong understanding of financial return metrics, capital accounts, taxes, and other financial concepts related to commercial real estate investing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to track and measure the results of product development, and make adjustments as needed
